Paper and finished appearance
Business cards, brochures and books need different paper choices. We discuss weight, surface, lamination, varnish and binding for the intended use.
Artwork review
We review final dimensions, trim allowances, image quality and page order. If you need artwork, send your text, logo and a style reference.
Materials and technical choices
Choosing paper
We choose coated, uncoated or decorative paper for the product. Weight in g/m² describes the paper but does not alone determine the finished item’s stiffness.
Surface finishing
Lamination adds a surface layer; spot varnish highlights selected elements. Choose a matt or gloss finish using a sample and your artwork.
Folding and binding
Leaflets need folds and, where appropriate, creasing. Booklets and notebooks may use stitching, adhesive binding or spirals, agreed against page count and paper.

Price and timing

Production timing is agreed after the work scope is confirmed.
Prepare your artwork or model
- Send a PDF at the finished size with embedded fonts.
- For multipage items, specify page order, covers and folding layout.
- Bleed and colour requirements are agreed before printing. Screen colour does not replace a printed proof.
