Enquiry and order confirmation
The website form requests a quote. An accepted enquiry reference does not confirm an order or the start of production. Final contents, price, taxes, payment and schedule are agreed in the offer.
Artwork and specifications
Provide accurate dimensions, quantity, material and preferred deadline. Supply files you have the right to use. Approve artwork and specifications before production. The effect of changes on price and schedule is agreed separately.
Contact and collection
If the form does not confirm receipt, contact us by phone or email. Transport, installation, amendments and cancellation are discussed under the agreed terms of the specific order.
