Enquiry data
Submitting an enquiry sends your name, phone, required email address, selected service, description and language. Attached artwork and file details are also transferred. These are used to reply and discuss your order.
Storage and services
Accepted enquiries are stored in a Supabase database and uploaded artwork in private file storage. A file may already have uploaded even if final enquiry acceptance fails. Email and WhatsApp also operate under their respective service terms.
Visit source and requests
With your permission, visit source, campaign labels and landing page may be included with your enquiry. This is optional. Contact us about retention periods, access to, correction or deletion of your data.
Visit and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) load only after your separate consent. They may use cookies and send visit and successfully submitted enquiry events to measure visits and advertising performance. Our added Meta events do not send the name, phone, email, comments or files entered in the enquiry form. Earlier Google Analytics consent does not automatically grant Meta consent.
Card data security
Do not send card numbers, expiry dates, CVV/CVC, PINs or one-time bank verification codes through website forms, chat, files or email. Enquiry forms do not request these details. Online card payment is not yet available. The planned integration will use the bank's secure payment page for card entry.
