Payment
Confirmed orders require 100% advance payment after the final amount, taxes, order contents and fulfilment terms have been agreed. Submitting an enquiry does not itself create an obligation to pay. Online card payment is currently unavailable.
Artwork approval and preparation
Before artwork approval, the customer is informed of this condition: “By approving the artwork, I agree to the start of material purchasing and preparation for my order.” After artwork approval and advance payment, purchasing materials, cutting and other preparation for that order may begin immediately, before actual printing starts.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel, email info@cprint.am with your order or enquiry reference and contact details. Before artwork approval, only the cost of work agreed in advance and already performed is deducted from the payment. After artwork approval, the calculation also includes actual, documented material and preparation costs incurred for that order before the cancellation notice is received. The same cost is not counted twice. If no work has been performed and no such costs incurred, the payment is refunded in full. Artwork approval or the start of printing does not automatically justify retaining the entire payment. The customer receives an itemised calculation of the refund and deductions. These terms do not limit the customer's statutory rights concerning defects, non-performance or other grounds.
Card data security
Do not send card numbers, expiry dates, CVV/CVC, PINs or one-time bank verification codes through website forms, chat, files or email. Enquiry forms do not request these details. Online card payment is not yet available. The planned integration will use the bank's secure payment page for card entry.
