Scope and payment flow
This policy describes the protection of cardholder and order information on this website, including the planned Inecobank vPOS integration. Online card payment is not yet active. After activation, card details will be entered on the bank's secure payment page, where the bank's applicable terms and privacy policy will also govern their processing.
Sensitive card information
Enquiry forms do not request the full card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC, PIN or one-time bank verification codes. This website is not intended to collect or store these details. Do not send them through chat, email, files or enquiry comments.
Order and payment records
Enquiries involve processing your name, phone number, email and order details. Once card payments are enabled, order and transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment date and status are intended to be processed to identify and verify payments. These records will support order fulfilment, payment verification, refunds and accounting obligations.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited to the staff and technical services needed for order fulfilment, payments and accounting. Information necessary to execute a payment will be shared with the acquiring bank. Enquiry storage and the services used are described in the website's general privacy information. Do not disclose sensitive card information even to technical support staff.
Retention and your requests
Order and payment records are retained only for the period necessary for fulfilment, dispute resolution and legally required accounting. Email info@cprint.am to request access, correction, deletion or information about retention periods. Deletion requests are handled subject to statutory retention obligations. Contact your card-issuing bank immediately about problems involving your card or bank verification codes.
