Packaging
Simple packaging. A complete gift.
Fold the tote neatly and secure it with one paper belly band carrying the original logo and matching merch ornament. Use a ready-made kraft mailer for delivery. The notebook version may use the existing stock gift box after a fit test.
A ready-made natural, unbleached-colour tote. Front composition: large orange circle, two overlapping arches and one thin line, following the existing merch reference. Put an optional small dark name in the clear central space between the circle and arches. Packaging repeats the motif at a smaller scale, with the original logo in a separate clear area.
Designer tasks
Build one editable circle-and-arch composition following the merch reference. Use an approved original vector if available.
Design for one natural-colour base with a proposed maximum 250×280 mm print area.
Add one optional editable name field.
Match the paper band and care card to the product, using the original official logo.
Do not add zips, pockets, lining or construction features not confirmed on the ready-made base.

Technical reference for the next phase
Proposed base: ready-made natural-colour 38×42 cm cotton tote. Confirm fibre content, fabric weight, handles and dimensions from the supplier sample.
Proposed maximum print area: 250×280 mm, clear of seams and handle attachments.
The production operator chooses a process compatible with the actual fabric and available equipment, through sampling.
Do not claim a load capacity, organic composition or washing setting without supplier data and testing.

Do not place the Control Print logo or wordmark on the products. Only merch ornaments may be used on products. Use the logo on packaging only.
Print area: Initial maximum area: 250×280 mm. Measure the actual top offset and centre on the supplied tote, not from a mockup. Export at 1:1.
Ornament and name: One large circle, two arches and thin lines following the existing merch style. Brand orange #D75B39 is a visual reference to approve on actual fabric. Optional name in the clear central space between the circle and arches: proposed maximum 18 characters. Reflow long names rather than adding custom colours.
Logo: Use the original official logo on the paper band, preserving proportions and colours. A large logo on the tote itself is not required: ornament and name lead the design.
Base: Proposed ready-made natural 38×42 cm flat cotton tote without pockets or a zip. Confirm composition, fabric weight, handle size and seam quality with supplier information and a physical sample.
Printing: Choose an available process suitable for this fabric, testing on the same batch of bases. The operator records temperature, pressure, time and other applicable settings; the designer must not invent them.
Care: Final care instructions come from combined testing of the base and print. Do not state washing temperature, ironing settings or print lifespan before approval.
Paper band: Provisional flat reference 520×80 mm. Measure around the actual folded tote and adjust the length, allowing approximately 30 mm overlap if suitable. Confirm paper stock and join with a physical sample; this is not a final dieline.
Band front: Original logo, “My everyday tote”, “1 tote · One-sided print” and a small matching ornament. Keep all artwork within the 80 mm band height; do not place a 90×125 mm label on it.
Care card: Proposed flat A7 card. Until sample approval, use only “Care instructions are supplied for the approved base and printing process.” Replace with approved instructions before sale.
Added sets: Put the sticker pack in the same flat kraft delivery mailer. Fit-test the notebook set in an existing ready-made gift box; do not introduce custom inserts.

Check the supplied base, seams and clean print area.
Apply the one approved ornament using the chosen production process.
Check position, colour and name, then complete the approved finishing process.
Fold, add the care card, secure with one band and place in the appropriate ready-made package.
Compare ornament size and position with an approved physical placement template.
Test print appearance, bonding or absorption, rubbing and care behaviour for the selected process.
Check dimensions and seam variation across samples from the batch.
Compare name and language against approved data.
