• Prices are provisional and delivery is excluded. A public supplier range is not production cost or a confirmed quotation.
• 260–280 g/m² and 100% cotton are our target requirements for the heavyweight oversized T-shirt, not supplier-confirmed specifications.
• The 13–14 / 15–16 inch groups do not guarantee compatibility. Device width, height and thickness and the actual usable internal sleeve dimensions are required.
• New products and the cap in a set share the selected ornament. The existing tote keeps its already designed circles artwork.
• Provisional production time: 3–5 business days after blank availability and the physical sample are approved.
• Do not claim waterproofing, impact resistance or drop protection without appropriate confirmed testing.
• Use only an existing flat, seam-free printable area or reduce the artwork. Do not sew on a new label or panel. Without a suitable blank and approved transfer sample, keep sleeve print approval on hold.

• Print area: One front area, maximum 90×60 mm. Confirm actual position and size on the selected blank.

• Ready-made Puffer blank: Confirm fabric, filling, lining, zip and usable internal dimensions using a supplier sample. Do not add technical protection promises.
• Print area: Use only an existing flat, seam-free printable area or reduce the artwork. Do not sew on a new label or panel. Without a suitable blank and approved transfer sample, keep sleeve print approval on hold.

• Packaging: A stock kraft band or sleeve and a suitably sized shipping package. For sets with a cap, use a stock box that does not crush its front panel. One 90×125 mm label with the original logo and our ornaments. No custom box, new sewing or new packaging construction.

• Confirm the supplier’s exact blank model, colour, size and availability.
• For the T-shirt, verify density, composition, cut and size chart. For the sleeve, compare device dimensions with usable internal dimensions.
• Choose the heat-transfer material and settings only after checking compatibility with the fabric, filling and equipment.
• Test placement on a physical sample, keeping seams and the zip outside the heat and pressure area.
• Cool according to the transfer supplier’s instructions; check adhesion, surface appearance and shape retention.
• Check the finished set against the downloaded job and place it in the stock package.

• Approve colour, position, fine-line readability and print adhesion using a sample.
• Check a trial wash or material-appropriate care test; print care instructions only after approval.
• Check that the zip runs freely and heat treatment has not deformed the filling or sleeve.
• For the sleeve, test an actual device or dimensional dummy without forcing the zip closed.
• Check each item’s independent colour and garment size, shared selected ornament and quantity in the set.
• No logo on the product; correct original logo on the packaging.

• Editable vector source with ARTWORK, GUIDES and WHITE_UNDERBASE layers as required by the selected process.
• Print export at actual size after production approval; do not automatically treat white underbase as black or transparent.
• HY/RU/EN 90×125 mm packaging label sources and short care-card source.
• Three web views: front, detail, packaged; approved material and measurement sheet.

V9 designer preparation draft, not print approval. Actual blank, density, dimensions, transfer material and production cost are still pending.

Increase the average basket with selected ready-made blanks: a second item with the same ornament, the existing cap or the already designed tote. No new custom artwork or new sewing.
