Technical reference for the next phase
Medium label: 45×20 mm.
Basic pack: 72 labels on 4 A6 sheets.
Material, adhesive and cutting are approved using a physical sample.
Do not place the Control Print logo or wordmark on the products. Only merch ornaments may be used on products. Use the logo on packaging only.
Colours: Primary palette: cobalt #2849A5, butter #F2CD61, lilac #ADA2D3 and warm white #F6F3EC. The theme may use white or light colour backgrounds; retain a white rim around the cut.
6 icons: Rocket, ringed planet, moon, star, comet and small satellite. Use original, simple drawings with consistent line weight, recognisable at 5–6 mm high.
Text: Sample name: Areg. A medium label may hold first and last name on two lines. On a small label, use a first name and surname initial instead of shrinking long text beyond readability. Initial minimum sizes: 7.5 pt small, 8.5 pt medium and 10 pt round; approve with a printed sample.
Colour alternatives: Use the same 6 icons for BLUE, LILAC and WARM. Build the BLUE master first, then derive the other two from that structure.
Layout: Place the icon left and name right. On round labels, icon above and name below. Do not add the brand logo inside the useful label area.
Brand layer: Use the supplied correct logo without changing its shape or colours. Apply the merch’s orange circles, semicircles and thin lines as a restrained packaging accent.
Label stock: Test a white self-adhesive vinyl or synthetic stock. Choose permanent or removable adhesive through use testing, not by a generic stock name.
Protection: Test a matte or satin laminate compatible with the printing process. Check layer adhesion, curved surfaces and edge lifting.
Use: Notebook covers, pencils, and the outside of bottles and boxes. Not intended for clothing, skin or food-contact surfaces.
Cutting: Kiss-cut the top layer only, keeping the liner intact. Trim the final A6 sheet separately. Add registration marks on the parent sheet.
Construction: Ready-made C6 envelope, nominally 114×162 mm, holding 4 A6 sheets and 1 A6 instruction card. Check the actual inner size and stack thickness.
Quick launch: Use an unprinted ivory or kraft envelope, one printed 90×125 mm self-adhesive front label and one Ø20 mm closure label. At higher volumes, compare the cost of printing directly on the envelope.
Front text: Supplied official logo; “School, with my name”; “72 name labels”; a small “For you: Areg” field; one large rocket symbol. Apply the merch ornament as a small packaging accent.
Back text: “Includes 48 small, 12 medium and 12 round labels. 4 sheets. Not intended for clothing.” Put SKU, version, material batch and production date in a small internal record field.
Instruction draft: “Clean and fully dry the surface. Apply the label to a smooth area and press firmly. Use and cleaning conditions are stated for the approved material.” Do not claim waterproof, dishwasher-safe or laundry-safe performance before testing.
Approve the stock on three surfaces: a notebook cover, a pencil and a bottle.
Import the customer name through one variable-text field, entering the name only once.
Print, laminate if required, kiss-cut and trim to A6.
Count 24+24+12+12 labels and check the name on all 72.
Add the instruction card, insert into the C6 envelope and seal with one closure label.
Compare dry and damp cloth rubbing under the same recorded conditions.
Check adhesive hold and removal residue on every intended surface.
The cut must not damage the liner; the label must peel easily by hand.
Test long names and Armenian, Latin and Cyrillic samples at actual size.
The counted contents must match the packaging description.
6 individually editable icons
3 label-size masters with BLUE, LILAC and WARM alternatives
4 A6 print pages; the small-label page appears twice
90×125 mm front label, Ø20 mm closure label and two-sided A6 instructions
Web images: complete contents, use example, close-up, closed and open packaging
The medium label changes from the earlier 50×20 mm draft to 45×20 mm so that 12 labels fit on an A6 sheet with spacing. Label counts and small text in generated images are not production references.
Basic: 72 labels. A second pack with the same name gives 144 labels without a new design. The earlier 108-label version is also possible: 3×24 small + 2×12 medium + 12 round, totalling 6 A6 sheets. Cost and sample a bag tag or notebook addition separately.
