Packaging
Simple packaging. A complete gift.
For folded clothing, a stock kraft sleeve or paperboard band and a suitably sized mailer. For the cap, a stock box that does not compress its front. Sets combine these same stock packages. One 90×125 mm label with the original logo and ornament. No custom boxes or new sewing.
Three directions in one geometric family: CIRCLES, SEMICIRCLES and MIX. Start from the circles and arcs of the existing merch. The designer approves the final vector of the source ornament. Orange artwork, with separately approved exports for light and dark bases. No names or uploaded artwork.
Designer tasks
Develop three editable vectors, CIRCLES, SEMICIRCLES and MIX, from the existing geometric style.
Keep one front print: maximum 180×180 mm for T-shirt and hoodie, 60×35 mm for cap.
Prepare exports for light and dark bases with the same visible ornament.
Provide a front view, artwork detail and packaged view for each product.
Prepare the packaging label and a short customer card in Armenian, Russian and English.
Do not place the Control Print logo or wordmark on products. Original logo on packaging only.
Technical reference for the next phase
Start with ready-made blanks: no new pattern cutting, sewing or embroidery.
S–XXL are selection labels. Before selling, measure actual blanks and publish half-chest width and body length.
The T-shirt, hoodie and cap in a set share the selected ornament. The tote keeps the previously designed ready-made circles artwork. Each garment has its own size and base-colour choice.
Prices are provisional. Actual costs, blank availability and materials still need approval.
Provisional production time is 3–5 business days after sample and blank availability approval.
Print area: One front area, maximum 180×180 mm. Confirm placement and the actual limit on small sizes with a sample.
Placement: The designer file defines the artwork area only. Specify distances from garment edges after measuring the actual blank. Do not print over a seam, fold or hoodie pocket.
Blank: Record the blank supplier, composition, weight and dimensions in the production card. This brief does not confirm stock availability of any material.
Printing: The provisional T-shirt and hoodie process is DTF transfer, subject to compatibility with the selected blank. For the cap, use a compatible heat transfer and suitably shaped tooling. Temperature, pressure and dwell time must come from the approved trial for the actual transfer material and blank.
Sizes: Clothing: S, M, L, XL, XXL. Cap: adjustable; measure its actual circumference range. Build the size chart from real blanks, not a generic online chart.
