Packaging
Simple packaging. A complete gift.
Use a stock kraft band or sleeve and a suitably sized shipping package. For the set containing a cap, use a stock box that does not crush its front panel. One 90×125 mm label with the original logo and our ornaments. No new box construction or specially sewn packaging.
Use the existing CIRCLES, SEMICIRCLES and MIX vectors: circles, semicircles and thin rules in orange #D75B39. Every component in a set uses the same selected ornament. No Control Print logo or wordmark, personal text or uploaded image.
Designer tasks
Use the three existing vector ornament sources without developing a new illustration series.
Keep one front area: maximum 180×160 mm for BoatTote, 60×40 mm for Puffer and 140×160 mm for the gym bag.
Keep the Puffer print entirely inside one existing flat quilt band. If it does not fit, reduce the artwork instead of crossing a seam or sewing a new panel.
Keep the gym-bag artwork away from the drawstring channel, seams and folds.
Prepare separately approved exports for light and dark blanks with the same visible ornament.
Provide a front view, artwork close-up and packaged view for each product.
Prepare the packaging label and customer card in Armenian, Russian and English.
Do not place the Control Print logo or wordmark on products; original logo on packaging only.
Technical reference for the next phase
Actual dimensions, fabric composition, load rating and stock require confirmation using a sample of the selected model.
Do not add new sewing, pockets, dividers, panels or custom sizes.
All components in a set share the selected ornament. Organiser, T-shirt and cap colours are selected independently.
BoatTote and Puffer T-shirt sets offer a heather-gray or black heavyweight oversized T-shirt with its independent S–XXL size. Confirm fabric density and composition using the actual blank documentation.
Do not claim waterproofing, insulation, laptop compatibility, certification or load capacity without the chosen blank’s data and appropriate testing.
Prices are provisional, delivery is excluded and actual production cost has not been calculated.

Confirm the supplier’s exact model, colour, actual dimensions and stock.
Measure the safe print area: only an existing flat band for Puffer, away from the drawstring channel for the gym bag.
Select the transfer material and heat settings only after checking fabric, filling and equipment compatibility. Do not prescribe a universal temperature.
Test printing on a physical sample, keeping seams, drawstrings and hardware outside the pressure area.
Cool according to the transfer supplier’s instructions, then check adhesion, colour and blank shape retention.
Compare the finished set with the job: one of each component, selected colours and the required T-shirt size.
Place in the stock package and add the label with the original logo.
